A bespoke, small group personal training gym situated in London Colney. I’ve been coming here for the past few years, the personal trainers are amazing and I’ve noticed the difference to my body, I’m fitter, stronger and feel good about myself!
Previously I had a personal trainer session at my local gym twice a week, but when I discovered Edge, it was a no brainer to switch, saving a tidy sum in the process.

The Edge Training Club is amazing! I love the club because they have training sessions with up to 6 people which makes it more personal and fun. The trainers put you through training sessions that are tough but always adapted to your skill level and building up as you get stronger. Brilliant gym with a range of excellent small group classes for lifting, yoga, cardio etc. I focus on lifting and I find all the trainers very encouraging and knowledgeable, with carefully curated programs that change every four weeks so you can track your progress.
